🔵 April is Child Abuse Prevention Month – Be a Voice for Children! 🔵
Child abuse is a heartbreaking reality that affects thousands of children across Texas. Right here in Bell County, we have one of the highest per capita rates of reported child abuse cases, and more than 1,000 children in Bell and Coryell Counties are currently in the foster care system. These children need strong advocates to stand up for them and ensure they have a brighter future.
At CASA of Bell & Coryell Counties, we are committed to raising awareness and advocating for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. This month, we’re launching our Blue Ribbon Campaign to help bring attention to this critical issue and show children in foster care that their community supports them.
