CASA Welcomes New Advocate Supervisor

We are delighted to introduce Amanda Hester as the newest member of the CASA of Bell and Coryell Counties team, stepping into the role of Advocate Supervisor. Amanda’s journey is deeply rooted in her love for her hometown of Belton, Texas, and her unwavering dedication to serving her community.

Amanda’s path to becoming an Advocate Supervisor is marked by a wealth of experience and a passion for advocating for children and families. A proud graduate of Belton High School, Amanda continued her education at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work.

For the past 11 years, Amanda has been a steadfast advocate for vulnerable populations, serving in various roles within the State of Texas. From her beginnings as an FBSS Caseworker in Belton and later in Temple, to her impactful work as a Parole Officer for the Special Needs Offender Program based out of Georgetown and Temple, Amanda has demonstrated her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Amanda finds immense joy and fulfillment in her role as a mother and partner. Alongside her husband Jonathan, who works as a Jailer for Bell County, Amanda is the proud parent of five wonderful children: Hunter, Dakota, Abel, Brayden, and the youngest, Kamryn.

With her diverse background and extensive experience, Amanda brings a unique perspective and invaluable insights to her role as Advocate Supervisor. She is deeply committed to upholding the mission of CASA and ensuring that every child in the foster care system receives the advocacy and support they deserve.

Amanda’s door is always open, and she looks forward to building strong relationships with each member of our CASA family. Whether it’s guidance, support, or simply a listening ear, Amanda is here to help in any way she can.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Amanda Hester as our new Advocate Supervisor. We are incredibly fortunate to have her leadership, compassion, and dedication as we continue our vital work of advocating for children and families in Bell and Coryell Counties.
