Foster Love Bell County visited CASA today to award Fred Morse, with the Love Award. Katie McRae, Executive Director of Foster Love, spoke a few words, explaining how dedicated Fred is to his CASA children and he has worked tirelessly for the children of Bell County. Advocate Supervisor Denise Hanley, stated that Fred has diligently offered attentiveness, compassion and a strong voice of impact to invoke change a child’s life.
