The mission of CASA of Bell and Coryell Counties is to screen, train, and supervise community volunteers to be a leading voice in advocating for safe, permanent, and nurturing homes for children in the court systems due to abuse and neglect. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are passionate members of the community who volunteer their time to service abused and neglected children. CASA volunteers commit a minimum of one year to child advocacy to ensure every child’s voice is heard in the foster care system.

"To give a child a CASA is to give them a voice. To give them a voice is to give them hope. And to give them hope is to give them the world. I believe that with all my heart." - Pamela Butler, former foster youth
